Someone recently started to work on a native (as in: not based on Subsonic) android app for #Funkwhale. They are looking for feedback and ideas, so feel free to reach out on the corresponding discussion!
Do you remember this post? Well, @apognu submitted the first beta of the app on the Googe Play Store this week!
It's called Otter, and you can use it to connect to your Funkwhale pod. Eventhough it's still young and in beta, the core features are here: listen to your albums, playlists, favorites and search for albums and tracks.
It also has a built in dark mode!
Many thanks to @apognu for his work 💜
Jonpeuplu des thèmes en blanc qui pètent les yeux. :'(
@lila_bliblu ok, je transmets ;)

@funkwhale that's awesome. Does the developer have a Mastodon account where we can follow progress?
@elsacodelcoco not that I know, but for the time being you can watch the linked thread, we'll post important updates there (and on this account too ;)
@funkwhale GReat!!! For when in F-droid?
@funkwhale Oooh, nice ! It will be a great help to make my friends/family switch from Spotify to my Funkwhale instance !
@SohKa yeah, the signup process is waaaay easier, no more fiddling with a separate password and obscure settings in the app!
